"I used to get the chicken Marsala pizza here all the time, it's been a couple years since I've gotten it and what a let down :( It used to be full of sauce, chicken pieces and mushrooms - it was HEAVY. Now, I thought I got the wrong order as it was super light, hardly any sauce or toppings - as you can see in the photo - lots of crust, not a lot on the pizza. For $22, I am very disappointed. I have 4* because it does taste good, but the quality has gone way down."

"I’ve ordered from Ciao Bella a few times, and while the food tastes good, the delivery portions are ridiculously small compared to what you get at the restaurant. I recently got the beet salad and literally counted 13 leaves of arugula—$12 for what felt like two bites. That’s just frustrating.
When I’ve picked up in person, the portions were slightly better—probably because they know you can say something on the spot. One time, I ordered ahead for pickup around 8:30 PM on a weekday, got there after 30 minutes, and the guy had no idea I even placed an order. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. At that point, I might as well have just dined in.
Honestly, after this last experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The prices are too high for what they give you—especially with delivery. If you really want to try it, go pick it up yourself. Don’t waste your money on delivery unless you’re cool with getting half a portion."
