"We ordered an old favorite and a variety of things we hadn't tried before. It was nice to finally find MuShu Pork in Fargo. Maybe not the most flavorful I've ever had, but they gave me plenty of plum sauce as requested and the meat and vegetables were spot on, pork tasty and tender. Pancakes were extra thin flour tortillas, better than many, but not the homemade ones that come with MuShu on west and east coasts, which hold together much better and are more flexible. These did taste good rolled around the filling though. The Scallion Pancakes were a bit burnt on one side and greasy - can't recommend. The Meatball and Cabbage Soup was simple but quite tasty, especially when I added kimchi to it. The meatballs were a little sparse in the soup, but very tender and nicely flavored. The Kimchi itself was tasty and pretty mild, as kimchi goes. Also ordered the Curry Chicken Fried Rice which was a bit dry. However, before I added the plum sauce to the MuShu, I drained off the excess liquid onto the rice and stirred it in - Delicious! Highly recommended. The Chinese Donuts were good when hot and fresh.
