Cucumber's, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, some shredded red cabbage, and green/iceberg lettuce leaves. "I'm going to try to be really kind here. I'm sure this restaurant is great if you know what you're ordering (as in, having tried it before). Vinaigrette Beef Tongue was not what I was expecting. It was beyond awful! In appearance and taste. You receive 8 pieces of tongue total. Be prepared; it LOOKS exactly like tongue in appearance (grooves , veins, etc) and although drenched in too much in olive oil it didn't take the freezer burn taste away. The included house bread with the Vinaigrette Beef Tongue appetizer was excellent. I definitely could have used a whole dozen of those! Sadly after the freezer burn in tongue two the rest of them got tossed. Napkins and plastic utensils also were not included."
