"Normally I love Peppers, it's one of our fav places. Tonight though- not good. In any way. Ordered 2 items- Hawaiian quesadilla, the chicken was petrified. Brutally overcooked. Inedible. Second item was my normal fav Baja shrimp. The shrimp was undercooked, which is unfathomable. Most pieces were raw. Optimistically I hope this was a unique experience."
