I ordered the brisket sandwich with Carolina barbecue sauce and sweet sauce on the side, along with coleslaw and pickles on the side, a side of mac and cheese, and the barbecue corn on the cob. Everything was prepared so fresh. When I bit into the brisket sandwich, I could still feel the crunch from the bread being toasted and the buttery flavor coming through.
