It just rang endlessly with no answer and no way to leave a message. Upon arriving, I waited by the host stand at the front and watched while staff totally ignored me for awhile. I finally flagged down a server, who brought my order and walked away. I noticed no napkins or utensils in the bag (those should be included in the bag for to-go orders, especially with the premium prices they charge). I flagged down a 2nd server, who pointed me toward a utensil station. I go to the station - NO forks or napkins. I flagged him down again, and he gave me some from the supply cabinet. Hopefully the sit-down service is better. Also, it would be good if they had more vegetarian options, such as veggie sausage and bacon, and more vegetable dishes in general. The menu is heavy on animal products. "
