"I'm only giving it a 4 because of the way the sandwich was packed. It's a croissant and they are supposed to be nice and fluffy. It should have been packed in a tin or foam flip top. I know, I know that cost. I'd pay $.75 more for the sandwich to arrive as it would in your establishment. Being that it was wrapped, it was smashed, and due to all the heat it became a bit soggy. You can't ask for special instructions either, if I could have I would have had the $10 home fries made a bit more crispy. (Personal preference) Otherwise the food was a 5, even a 6 or more. That was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Hearty, hot and delicious. Even without being crispier, the potatoes were excellent.
