"So, the Combo E (and, presumably, the others) comes in a bag, and only a bag; if you place it on a plate and roll back the opening, you can get access to all the Goodies, and not have a big mess to clean up. The reason for the 3 stars is the length of the ribs are not true to the St Louis style of ribs. This order was over $ 17.00, when it should of been less because they're shorter ribs. The ribs are true to the smoke pit flavor. I would recommend if you're graving ribs with that smoke pit taste. But don't expect the size of the ribs to be the normal size of a St Louis style rib...
