"We ordered through door dash. This is the first time we have had food from Fortune. I was very happy to see they offered Chicken or Beef with Bean Sprouts. The two other kosher Chinese restaurants in Queens rarely use bean sprouts. When it arrived, there was no sauce on it. There was just watery liquid. Also, my rice was missing. I called and was told that it would take one hour to send the rice. He told me there was a white sauce on it. When I told him it was clear and watery, he told me that, "No one puts sauce on dishes with bean sprouts". He said that it is stir fried with salt and sugar. The beef has good texture, but the whole thing is basically tasteless. The sesame chicken was pretty good, but the sauce tastes like they bought it, very thick and too sweet. I would have liked the chicken wings to be more well cooked. Really disappointing."
