"Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles I had never tried Dan Dan noodles before and was curious why so many people talk about them. Now I know - especially from here, they are an instant addiction. The heavy sauce holds the chili, the scallions, and the crushed peanuts to the noodles and gives every bite the maximum flavor possible. The portion was enough for two people, but I decided to have the whole thing for lunch and leave my other dish for later/next day.
