The salad has a great dressing and I think having it is one of my favorite parts of the bento other than the tofu teriyaki. The yakisoba doesn't come with too many veggies, bjt I like it nonetheless and it's a good option for when I feel like noodles instead of an entire bento or just sushi. The sushi rice both times isn't as moist as before where some rolls break apart. I usually order the same rolls, and both recent times, the fish on top of the rolls are skimpy. The 10 piece nigiri chef mix I ordered today has 2 old pieces of tuna on top meaning they are brownish-grey (lost of color), and has a funky smell like they been sitting out too long and not kept cold on ice. I still ate parts that were kind of "red" because I was hungry. The other fish pieces were good. I don't know if you're starting to skimp and use old fish because business is losing money or you hired a new sushi chef that isn't good. I'm giving 4 stars now because hopefully you'll bounce back."
