Taco de Chorizo - 3 stars; unlike the picture it is a SINGLE taco with a double corn tortilla. The chorizo was ok, it tasted a little flavorless. I just don't have much to say outside of it was food and not disgusting. QuesaBirria - 3 stars; Soggy and not crunchy; individually priced; Birria meat nice and tender with a lot of meat and cheese. Unlike with the Pupusa de Birria, i could taste the meat and determine its texture. Star was knocked off for being soggy instead of crunchy like I was expecting. Flor de Jamaica / Hibiscus -4 stars; Tamal de Gallina - 2 stars; barely edible. Chicken was so dry had to drink liquid just to get it down."

Pupusa Revuelta

Revuelta means "mixed," meaning cheese mixed with - "revuelto con" -. In theory, all Pupusas other than cheese only are revueltas; as in, beans mixed with cheese, pork mixed with cheese, chicken mixed with cheese and so on... Culturally speaking "the Revuelta" refers to whatever the Pupusa lady gave you, usually Pork and cheese, but in another pupusas place they may do pork, beans and cheese. It is a relative term in terms of Pupusas culture. These two (2) filler ingredients, pork and beans, had been the predominant ones in popular street Pupusas economy, but recently, the market has demanded a wider inclusion of fillers such as chicken, spinach, zucchini, or Birria... I think you have to request gravy for te meatloaf. The cornbread was the highlight of my meal! It was hot, soft and sweet . The slice is small but i definitely had weight to it. They were out of Banana Pudding so I requested chocolate cake as a substitute. I'm VERY HAPPY with the selection. The chocolate cake is so moist. I'd order that by itself! Overall, I equate tis meal to a school lunch. It's not my favorite and im wiling to try other options. I rated 4 stars because the customer service was excellent!
