"This is the second time this has happened at this location so I'm posting. I ordered 3 blizzards, 2 medium, 1 small . Both of the mediums had over half a cup of ice cream with very little toppings. I have my recipe where I paid for 1 medium Royal New York Cheese Cake Blizzard, I ordered extra Cheese Cake and PAID the extra for it( Never got it or any in it all) . The same one the other medium, just a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. The small New Oreo Brookie Blizzard was the same . "Two of the three cookies I ordered, specifically the chocolate chip cookies, were mutilated by the time they got to me. I don't know what happened but they were half the size they should have been, balled up and smushed, and covered in melted chocolate which was all over my sandwiches and bag. "So the 15 wings combo I got to share I got two seperate flavors, the lemon pepper, and the buffalo. The buffalo flavor was bland, no spice, no flavor and super greasy. The lemon pepper had good flavor for half of them, the other half was also laying in a puddle of grease and the flavoring came off. The wings are a big size, but they were both dry and chewy for some, and some were juicy. I also got a 6 pc wing to try the bbq flavor, which was honestly the best, but still the wings were dry and greasy, it only tasted good bc the wings were drowned in bbq sauce. The fries with the combo tasted dirty, and were completely soaked in a puddle of grease as well. I will say that when you order the ranch or blue cheese, they use kens foods sauce cups. The lemonade was pretty good though. Overall the food didnt taste very fresh, as it was also cold, and was not what i was expecting it was honestly disappointing. I would not order again.
