This location never asks whether you want sauce and never places sauce on items that require it, whether in person or now, as requested clearly in the order. My next issue is the security of my food. My food came in a basic plastic bag with a simple, unsecured tie—no tamper stickers, just a simple, plain 1-tie, not even knotted. Next, although it is just after 2 pm, the shrimp and beef are overcooked and very dark, suggesting they have been sitting for an extended period. This includes the few string beans in the selection that are withered. Lastly, the teriyaki chicken had a large piece on top that looked decent, and underneath were a few very crispy pieces that were dark and dried out, to the point that the chicken started to look like it was cruchy.
