They will, at least, call you to discuss substitutions. But for this order, they still got one item wrong (I got a bag of chocolate chip minis instead of almond). Also, I was offered a bag of mini snickerdoodles instead of two large which was acceptable. What I received was PUMPKIN SPICE snickerdoodles. eh, not crazy about that flavor but maybe I didn't look at the menu close enough.
