The shrimp were steamed I think. Were cooked perfectly, not over or under done. I added carrots. They were warm but I think they were raw. They give you 2 sauces, some mint, and a lemon slice with your meal. The brown sauce reminded me of a thick soy sauce. I barely tried the red sauce because it smelled spicy and Im chicken. Guessing maybe Sriracha or similar, but maybe wrong. Smelled good. I haven't tried the Custard Egg Yolk Bao (1) 流沙包（1） yet, but the Pumpkin Bao (1) 南瓜包（1） was great! Seemed fresh, was warm. "This place is so good!!!! After searching for a Chinese place to try, I chose Auntie Apple's because it seems new and the food looked good. I picked up an order of Orange Chicken 陈皮鸡 + fried rice, and Sesame Chicken 芝麻鸡 + lo mein noodles. Everything was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and a huge portion (I got two full meals from one dish, definitely worth the price.) The orange chicken had a kick of spice that balanced the sweetness of the orange flavor. The sesame chicken was the best I've ever had, not too sweet or spicy, tons of flavor. Plenty of chicken and sauce, breaded perfectly. Both the noodles and rice were really tasty even by themselves. I will eat inside next time because the actual restaurant is ADORABLE!! such cute decor, and such friendly people. TIP: order from Auntie Apple's preferred square website menu, it will be much cheaper than doordash, I will do this next time (but had no issues using DD other than their price increases.)"

"Lychee Shrimp 荔枝炸虾球 was really good. Plenty of larger shrimp w/ light, tasty breading. Sauce had legit lychee, was quite nice. I added some veggies—all seemed fresh. I got some coconut rice w/ it, was good, too. Would definitely order from here again. What I got was way plenty for a dinner, probably 1.5-2 for many folks."

"So this is my second time ordering from here and this time I loved EVERYTHING. The first time, I got the Crab Ragoons, Spring Rolls, and the Shrimps Fried Rice. I absolutely fell in LOVE with the Shrimps Fried Rice. It is probably the BEST Shrimps Fried Rice around and I have been to a lot of places. I will never get the Crab Ragoons again, they were not crunchy, instead they were a bit chewy and doughy. The spring rolls did not taste fresh at all so this time I decided to get the Shrimp Tempura Roll and Shrimps Fried Rice & I was please with EVERYTHING. Everything I asked for on the side (most places do not allow for recommendations, but they do), I got which I was very pleased with. I received my order Hot and Fresh even though I sent it to my job (by mistake) even when I got there 30 minutes later to pick it up it was still hot. I was so pleased with my meal, I had to take pictures. I ate the Shrimp Tempura Roll first and it was delicious (even for a basic roll). The Sweet Tea could've been sweeter, but im from the South so NO tea is really sweet enough up here for me, but nothing a packet couldn't fix. I cant wait to order this again. "

"The King Kong Roll tasted good but was small for the price.The Super Yummy Classic Stir-fry tasted very good and was a good sized portion, but a lot of the rice was undecooked and crunchy. The egg rolls were very big and probably the worst tasting ones I think I have ever had. Whatever meat was in them had a strange after taste and I only took 2 bites before throwing away. This was my first time ordering and will probably be my last."
