First, I pay for a meal Caesar salad that’s upwards of $20, and I’m being given five medium-sized strips of grilled chicken and maybe 15–20 pieces of lettuce. That’s essentially a side salad, not a full meal. The first time I ordered, this wasn’t an issue, I received a full-sized salad. It now seems like if you order later in the day or if they’re busy, they just give you whatever. This was easily a $5 salad at most, and this is the second time it’s happened. My next issue is with the garlic bread. I called to ask about it because I forgot to add it to my order, and the lady I spoke with guaranteed that all pasta dishes come with garlic bread. I ordered eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, and stuffed shells. The second time I ordered previously, I didn’t receive garlic bread with my order, but my spouse did with his eggplant parmesan, so I didn’t think much of it since I had ordered three cheese bread. This time, however, our food arrived and there was no garlic bread at all, which was very disappointing. Another concern is that they don’t accept orders over $100. Their food isn’t cheap, so it’s very easy to go over $100 even with just two people. I do think they should increase their order cap. I would eat here again because the food is really good, but I can’t justify the portion size of my salad two times in a row. I genuinely feel like I was cheated out of about $30 between the two orders I received."

Side salad was made with Romaine lettuce which is ALWAYS a PLUS with us. We were staying at a local hotel and were hungry. Highly recommend the Padrino! A+ (I forgot to take a picture of the salad. It included fresh ingredients, was delicious and large enough for 2.)"

"The description of the salad includes choice of dressing, but no option on DD to pick which one. When I picked up the order I informed the server of this. She said it comes with the Ranch, I asked if I could have Blue Cheese, she went back to the kitchen to make the switch. I got home and it still had the Ranch. Additionally they packed the very hot lasagna on top of the cold salad. Also the description of the salad says lettuce, tomato, carrots, but the photo shows other toppings. On the 10 mile drive home the lasagna dried up, it does not travel or warm up well. It was a lot of cheese, that was well seasoned but few noodles, and "where's the beef?" I tipped cash at the restaurant. And this is why people are fed up with the tipping culture, I tipped before I discovered the small issues. It was not busy at all, only one table."
