"10" Cup & Char Pepperoni Pizza was great - my dad seemed to enjoy it - good amount of cheese and sauce, lots of pepperoni and perfectly cooked.
However the 10" Cheesy Bread was way overdone and not the kind of "cheesy" one would expect. I added a little more cheese and warmed it at home but definitely was not as good as the crust and cheese on the fig pizza.
The flavors on the 10" Fig Jam & Prosciutto Pizza are great however I can't believe how stingy they are with the arugula. And honestly for take out they should put the arugula in a small separate container to keep it from getting soggy.
The Small Fries were NOT even fully cooked!! I get being soggy because of time in the container but the first one I tasted was like chewy almost - yuck! Even though they looked cooked based on color they were not. Maybe it is an issue with oil temperature?
My daughter liked the Chicken Tendies but I was a bit annoyed that I could not order her a children's meal on the app and had to do a full appetizer portion.
My husband liked his Sesame Chicken Bowl .
The original Local in Newton was always superb quality but I have had more mixed experiences at this Wayland location.
