It was so disgusting we tossed it after the first bite. We also ordered and chose 3 different kinds of donuts, but didnt get any of the flavors we chose and 2 out of the 3 were the same kind. Why wouldnt you have just skipped the donuts and given us a refund or credit? We do not appreciate being charged over $6, including extra tax and tip, for 3 donuts we don't even like and won't eat. If we didn't have a preference, we would have checked the box to surprise and pick for us instead of choosing ourselves. We also went on the Dunkin Donut app three times after placing the order and the 3 different flavored donuts we originally ordered were available each time.
