I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.

Also ordered the Cheesecake Eggrolls, which were crispy on the outside and cold (like almost frozen) on the inside. This used to be my favorite spot, but quality has gone way down and price way up.
