Even if the meal had been packaged carefully and the co-mingling of slop happened in transit, it doesn't account for the lack of seasoning. (And, even if that's what happened - that the foods commingled in transit and that led to everything being a soggy mess, the restaurant should package the items more carefully up front so that this can't happen. For example, put the beans in a separate container that is sealed - not in a styrofoam flip top / flip lid container where they can (and do) ooze out inside the plastic bag. I know their food isn't usually this bad. I think we ordered Chilaquiles a different time in the past month and, if memory is correct, they were crispy and good."
