"One of the worst orders we have made to date on DoorDash. You can tell there is zero care from the staff, and most likely the owners. I own a restaurant in Jacksonville, and I hate to leave this review as things do happen, but there needs to be an overhaul. The amount of issues points to a larger problem. The chicken was overcooked, the oil tasted dirty, I was missing all the pieces I paid for. I couldn't even chew some of the pieces. It tasted like day old leftovers. My child's dinner was forgotten completely, the appetizers were tiny portions and missing ingredients, just sloppy. The artichoke dip had chunks of unmelted cream cheese in it. A complete lack of oversight, and attention to detail. I saw the reviews were just ok, and took a shot. It was a miss."
