It tasted like it was ricotta mixed with olive oil and salsa. Not good. Not fresh-tasting. Texanas fajitas and the meat and veggies were overly greasy with very little seasoning. the portion was generous but only came with three tiny tortillas. the guac was good, the rice and beans were standard for mexican food. The best part of the meal by far was the salsa, which coincidentally was the only item I finished."
