The l NEW Hearty Fireside Chili tastes excellent just like you would expect from a spicy chili. a The bummer is that there's really not much to it other than sauce. Tiny amount of ground beef and maybe 6 beans, and that's a bowl not a cup. The Mediterranean Greens with Grains salad is also lacking. Not really much there besides 2 slices of cucumber and a few peppers on lettuce. So, while the food tastes good and as fresh, and the staff at the Saratoga store are great, I'm sorry to say that Panera themselves are cheaping out. This was way overpriced for what I got. Both items were anemic. But, this is not the norm and better luck next time as I will order again. stuff happens..."

"First time experience and definitely the last. The macaroni was bland. I say macaroni because the cheese was pretty much non existent. The only flavor in the dish came from the ridiculous amount of panko with herbs that were just placed on top; not even baked. The burger with chili cheese fries was a fail as well. The chili spillover did contribute to the flavor of the burger. The burger itself lacked seasoning and flavor. In the end, over half of the burger and all except 2 bites of the macaroni was thrown out. I had others taste them as well without telling them and they stated the same; the food was not good. Definitely not worth the price. Bad experience but lesson learned."
