"The Chashu Don was perfectly made. the rice was sticky and well cooked. the pork was thin, tender and flavorful. The egg was the perfect jammy texture like a ramen egg. And the garnishes and sauce were the perfect enhancements to the flavor. The Spicy Tuna Rice Ball had a lot of filling which is nice cause usually the protein is very little and more rice.
