The sauce is on the burrito so it's kinda like a drying enchilada. The beef was slightly "pill-ly" from being over worked and the spice blend that they used really soaked up all the fat from the beef. This made the beef feel pretty dry but still really flavourful. The ground beef was probably a lower fat content around 3% - 5% which isn't a bad case for me because I'm a bit round myself! The burrito could have had more filling but because of the seasoning, it really stands out even with a lot of sauce. The rice and beans are pretty standard compared to most Mexican restaurants."
