"The store was not overly busy at the time of my order but it was not ready when I arrived at the pickup time. The wait was then long because my order was overlooked/forgotten. They did apologize for the 20 minute wait but then the quality of the food was inconsistent. The Kalua pig was great as always however the Katsu Chicken was very overcooked and the Teriyaki Steak was tough enough that it could not be cut with the plastic knife. Not the quality I typically expect here."
