If you order ahead and they are out of the specific bagel you ordered, they say on every platform that they will replace it with a plain bagel. I’ve never had it happen though. Con: The twice cooked “hash browns” are honestly the worst I’ve ever had. They’re like hot small potato skin with 1/2 the potato inside with kraft Mac n’ cheese dust on it.
