"had ordered earlier in the week and it was great! it may just be that i'm not used to the birria around here, as i just moved back here, but this time ordering there's red flakes of what looks to be consome fat and what looks to be seeds in the tacos themselves (again it could just be something i'm not used to). the consome is very red and does not taste like consome at all. i've lived back here for a little bit now and have tried multiple Quesabirrias and Consome items from different shops, this was not very good quality."
