Having grown up in LA, I know what authentic Vietnamese food tastes like, and this placeis legit and hits the spot every time. The broth is full of flavor and clear without excessive grease, there's is two pieces of lime to squirt some refreshing acid, and the Thai basil and bean sprouts come in generous portion. Sauce packets of Hoisin and Srichracha are carefully packed with sliced onions, chopped parsely, and a few slices of fresh jalapeno in case you want to turn up the heat. Lastly, the chicken meat is always tender, and the noodles cooked al dente to evoke that perfect mouth feel.
