The ramen noodles were soggy, and the broth was oily without much flavor. Sunomono was mostly seaweed and octopus and few cucumbers - needed a lot more vinegar. The gyoza looked amazing but the filling had little favor - at least the dipping sauce was good. The best thing was th tofu - it was cooked well and had a nice creamy texture - but the sauce didn't have much flavor.
