"We ordered four meals from The Breakfast Shoppe totaling $85 (with delivery and fees it came to $118). Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the price. The fried potatoes/hash browns were burnt in spots, which hurt the flavor of the whole portion. There wasn’t much of them to begin with, and what was there was cut very thin like potato chips rather than hearty breakfast potatoes. They also lacked the onions and bell peppers you’d normally expect in a breakfast potato mix, which made them feel plain. The eggs and Benedict sauce were also underwhelming. The sauce was bland and lacked the rich, creamy texture you expect from a good hollandaise. On top of that, the eggs-with-meat dish we ordered was missing its bread entirely, so the meal felt incomplete. The Florentine Benny, which cost $22, arrived looking as if it had been tossed without care into a clam-shell to-go tray. The spinach was overcooked and watery, which made the English muffin soggy. For a dish at this price point, the portion size was small, the presentation was sloppy, and the flavors were disappointing. Overall, it seems odd that for more than $20 per entrée, customers receive small portions, bland eggs, missing items, and poorly assembled dishes. That said, we’ve heard good things about The Breakfast Shoppe and would be willing to give them another try — perhaps this time dining in at the restaurant to see if the experience is better than delivery."

"Good food and amazing service! The Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was yummy, though I personally would have preferred a lighter toasting of the croissant, and the Blueberry Brown Sugar Latte was delicious. Sadly, they were out of the specific muffins I ordered (Chocolate Chip and Coffee Cake), but the ones they sent in place of them look lovely. I had the lemon one- like the others it was big, fluffy muffin and it had a tender crumb and just the right level of sweetness. They also kindly sent a couple extra pasties as an apology for not having the muffin flavors I ordered - which look equally well made and which I can’ wait to share with my family. Will definitely be ordering again! Thanks so much. "
