I have tried nearly every joint in Granbury that serves them and these are by far the best and closest to authentic as you can get. They are flavorful, tortilla is crispy and soft at the same time. I prefer mine without cheese as I feel it takes the flavor away from the meat itself but do your own thing. Also, charro beans are amazing too. "
