I ordered from another restaurant recently and they used ground meat for the enchiladas. That left me traumatized. The steak was seasoned - bit salty - and I really enjoyed the salsa roja - it's the red one with mole, which is why I order it red. It was really good. They did charge me a little too much for requested lettuce and cilantro on the chicken tacos though, but it was all good (it needs it! Instead, it was just steak and shredded cheese and the actual quesadilla wrap was overcooked and dry. It was like eating paint chips. All three ended up being steak. Lastly, almost all chips with the order were stale and hard to chew. Normally this Moes does a great job. But this was an extremely disappointing experience. "
