"This is my fav Menudo (FRIDAY-SUNDAY) in the Oak Cliff area! They are very consistent on Friday & Saturday - rich, deeply flavorful broth. Sunday early morning you can get a good batch too but on late Sunday afternoon and evenings they start to run low and I suspect add more stock or even a little water to the pot as inventory dwindles. If you like light broth that's great, but I recommend getting your order in on Friday or Saturday."
