"This is the third time my order from this location has had missing items (twice on my account and once on my partner’s account). Because this has now happened multiple times, it appears there may be an ongoing order accuracy issue at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the customer service experience with them when trying to resolve the issue was extremely disappointing. My DoorDash delivery was missing the cheese sauce that I paid extra for. DoorDash only offered credit instead of a refund, so I had to drive to the store myself to retrieve the missing item, even though I had already paid for delivery for the convenience. When I arrived, the staff gave me the smallest 3 oz queso cup. Considering the inconvenience of having to leave my home and drive to the store because the order was packed incorrectly, I politely asked if they could either provide an additional cup or a slightly larger portion due to the inconvenience. The employee stated I would need to pay more. At that point, I asked if the queso could simply be refunded and not provided, since the mistake was on their end and I was not satisfied with the service. They still refused and said I would need to go through DoorDash, which I had already attempted. When I asked for a manager, I was told the manager was not there and there was no resolution offered. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is how businesses resolve them. Having to drive to the store after paying for delivery, and then receiving no effort to resolve the inconvenience, was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from or visiting this location if you want correct orders."

"Cheese dip apparently doesn't come with chips for the dip. Since it's my fav food ever and every place I ever order from automatically comes with chips I had no idea it was not included. I did pay and additional $5 for just chips as most places don't give enough to make it through the queso. $5 of Poblanos chips is equivalent to a lunch size bag of tortilla chips so here I am with not even enough chips for one queso and I ordered two. They taste delicious I'll give them that... but the value is not worth it in the end since I have to make a trip to store to get chips for it. The fried beef burritos are delicious and thankfully they left sauce off so it isn't soggy!! Great food just come on and give chips with meals!!"

"Best Mexican I've had in a real long time. The nachos were just stupid good. Punched way above their weight. The sauce of the Chile Colorado was mild, but the beef they used had amazing flavor. The mixed fajita dish was massive with great flavor too- it all lasted my husband and I for 2 1/2 meals and he's a big eater. This is now our go-to for Mexican nights. Thanks guys"
