I compared these noodles to ones I tend to order from another Thai restaurant in the area and both are pretty on point. Both dishes were great portion sizes, perfect for sharing and for leftovers. Ingredients were fresh. As for the Gyoza / 饺子, these were good as well, despite being fried and delivered, they were not soggy. A HUGE plus, and the first sign that I had found something special, was 1) the pork fried rice and the Subgum Wonton were packed in the kind of individual cardboard containers one associates with Chinese take-out (as opposed to the ubiquitous plastic and aluminum containers I have found here). And 2) THE FRIED NOODLES!! Not the thin kind, or even the ones that are about 1/4-inch wide and crispy, but a good inch-and-a-half to 2-inch wide crispy fried noodles. I LOVE THEM!
