Altho their egg rolls could use some improvement (the wrapper is too thick and doesn't crisp up well in an air fryer), their Subgum Wonton with chicken, shrimp, beef and mixed vegetables is just about as perfect as it gets. The proteins were beautifully prepared, and the hearty amount of the variety of vegetables was what I expect from a good Chinese "neighborhood" type restaurant; and they were perfectly cooked: nothing was *too* crisp (as in undercooked). A HUGE plus, and the first sign that I had found something special, was 1) the pork fried rice and the Subgum Wonton were packed in the kind of individual cardboard containers one associates with Chinese take-out (as opposed to the ubiquitous plastic and aluminum containers I have found here). And 2) THE FRIED NOODLES!! Not the thin kind, or even the ones that are about 1/4-inch wide and crispy, but a good inch-and-a-half to 2-inch wide crispy fried noodles. I LOVE THEM! I have found my go-to Chinese restaurant at last! (And reasonably priced, too!)"
