"I read other reviews before ordering, but I had none of those issues. The food was delicious and I am picky about deep fried chicken. Missed Extra Point! (6 Piece Tender Meal) was delivered hot and on time. Both the Spicy Ranch (3.25 oz) and 1st & Ten sauces were delivered cold, separate from the hot chicken and fries. Delivery driver used a professional insulated bag and texted a photo immediately after drop-off. 10/10 will get late night fried chicken from 1st & Tenders again"

Give or take a couple forgivable mistakes in the past (which got fixed promptly when I brought them up), I found the chicken and the sauces to be very delicious. This is one of my favorite places to get chicken from. Their spicy sauces are also very potent so they're good for a glutton for punishment like me."
