"Every single time I go through the drive thru my fries are halfway full. It's almost like nobody knows what a "full" fry cup is. However, they are usually fresh almost every single time. With how expensive everything is nowadays people should be getting what they pay for. I'm sure the employees wouldn't enjoy being served a half full cup of fries with the piss poor wages they make. The food itself is usually pretty good, it's the service that I usually have a problem with. Like not filling the fry cup all the way, not greeting or dismissing me politely, or at all. Some crew members in the morning have poor attitudes when asked questions or corrected on an order. It doesn't seem they really listen to instructions either because I'll ask for no/light ice in my drink and it's almost like I get extra. And I always have to correct them because they didn't hear me or heard me incorrectly. I speak pretty loud too so it's not like that's an issue."
