"Second time ordering from here and it was delicious. I tried a new roll, The Chopstick Guy Roll (Small) and it's now my favorite roll. I also tried the garlic Edamame and that was yummy too. I used the sauce to dip my rolls in. Now I only did 4 stars because the last time I ordered Miso Soup it came in a large cup like the image of the item shows on the doordash menu, but when we go it, it was like 75% smaller. I make a makeshift 49er roll with the California using fresh salmon and lemon on top and my god I love it. Their sauces are unique and so packed with flavor but not overbearing or overwhelming. I just tried the Sake Don for the first time and it literally melts in your mouth and looks as fresh as it does in person like the picture. The Spicy Tonkotsu ramen was a 10/10 for me! I ordered it mild and itstill had a spicy kick but the broth was rich and flavorful. The Pork Chashu was tender too! "I order from this place many times, almost every other week or so, but recently the last 2 orders aren't as good as the quality went down. The sushi rice both times isn't as moist as before where some rolls break apart. I usually order the same rolls, and both recent times, the fish on top of the rolls are skimpy. The 10 piece nigiri chef mix I ordered today has 2 old pieces of tuna on top meaning they are brownish-grey (lost of color), and has a funky smell like they been sitting out too long and not kept cold on ice. I still ate parts that were kind of "red" because I was hungry. The other fish pieces were good. I don't know if you're starting to skimp and use old fish because business is losing money or you hired a new sushi chef that isn't good. I'm giving 4 stars now because hopefully you'll bounce back."
