"Initially they messed up with 2 12" pizzas instead of 2 16" pizzas. But when I called them, they were really understanding and didn’t hesitate to offer me another 2 12” pizzas to compensate at no extra cost, not even delivery. That more than makes up for the unintentional mistake they made. I later learned that it was a new guy who made the pizzas. I tipped the guys who delivered both times since they weren’t at fault.
