"I have been to Bia Restaurant many times and have always dined in, which is why this experience stood out. This was the first time I ordered delivery from them. I ordered the grilled pork chops along with a spring roll and a Thai iced tea. The pork chop was the most disappointing part of the meal. It had very little flavor and tasted as though it had not been properly marinated. The traditional Vietnamese seasonings such as lemongrass and fish sauce were not noticeable at all, and the meat was dry, which significantly affected the overall dish. The spring roll was just okay, hard to mess that up. The Thai iced tea was mixed well and tasted really good. What made this experience especially disappointing is that I have ordered this same dish many times when dining in and always enjoyed it. I was surprised by the inconsistency between dining in and delivery. I hope this was simply an off day, because based on my past experiences, I know this restaurant can do better."
