I ordered BBQ sliced steak hero and chicken and waffles. Brandon took my order, he seemed quite bothered and annoyed at the other cashier. As I placed my order I requested no lettuce on the hero. His facial reaction and rolling his eyes seemed as if it was too much to ask. I asked him was there an issue he replied “no” . I placed a take out order, don’t get me wrong the food was hot and fresh. Looked appeasing. My chicken and waffles tasted horrible! My tenders was not home made they tasted like they was frozen or delivered pre breaded. My waffles was crunchy and stale. The waffles was dried.. my husband sliced steak hero was saucy and cooked to perfection BUT the flavors was not there. I will not take the made to order food from them but they have to do better !
