Fumbwa (or mfumbwa) is both the name for wild spinach leaves (Gnetum africanum) found across tropical Africa and the name of a traditional, rich Congolese stew made from these leaves. The dish is primarily made with the fumbwa leaves, cooked down with a combination of ground peanuts (or peanut butter), red palm oil, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and other spices. Fumbwa stew is traditionally served with fufu or kwanga (cassava bread). "it was delicious That said as a Butcher the patties have shrunk just under 100g i'd guess. Its noticable as when KFC switched from 9 to 12 cut chicken leading to the end of their monopoly in Canada on chicken resturants.
