As far as packaging goes, each sandwich and fry was in a separate box but the sandwich wasn't totally wrapped; they were all placed in a large plastic bag. We only live 5 minutes from the restaurant but on the cold days like we've had this week, it would have been nice to have something to hold in the heat of the food. With a $10 off deal due to this being our first order through Door Dash, this meal cost $56.38...definitely not worth it for us. We won't be back. We really wanted to love this. "

Jalapeño Poppers are good, not sure if it's get them again! Mediterranean Fish Bowl was amazing couldn't eat it all right away so I don't know what people mean by small portions. Volkanic was good, just a new thing. Imagine a brownie with the middle scooped out and fudge filled in. So good! Lemonade was good too of course! Definitely getting again when I need some protein!"

"Food quality, was good. The crust was extra crispy and I had hope for an original crust. The driver was lack luster. The app doesn't offer a timed expectation so being "on time" doesn't apply. Now, delivery in a timely manner is expected. When he arrived I was standing at the door and it took 3 to 5 minutes for him to exit his car. It also looked like he was texting while he sat in his car. I'm not sure what logging is needed as a driver or personal correspondence but in regards to the goal of "timely manner" texting after the delivery would be better. When approved my door not a word was spoken. He handed me the order turn and left. when I thanked him his response was "yup". Customer service is an important part of delivery (in my impression) and poor customer service is inexcusable."
