"Burger description did not match the quality provided to me as a consistent customer. Literally had to drive back to the store after paying delivery/tip fee for a burger remake. I ordered the old skool patty which clearly states 2 1/3 "patties" not just patty with onions, mustard, and chili on a grill cheese. There was only one patty, NO chili on my burger, no grill cheese sandwich and the burger lacked the same quality I usually order. Definitely disappointed and when asking the staff about management, management accordingly pops in an out and no one could give me a day to speak with someone. SMH."
