"I always order the same sub (grilled veggie) and usually enjoy. Tonight however I am disappointed. I added avocado and bacon, for $2 each mind you, and got no avocado and very little bacon. Supposed to have mayo and instead was so soaked with oil and vinegar that the bread was mush. I also ordered a Cheddar Cheese Dipper for my fries and didn't receive it."

"First time trying penn station. It was very mid. Im not sure if is a chain issue or just this location. The sandwich was standard and flavorless. The fries were soggy, floppy, and overcooked. I dont think we will spend money on this again."
