It was LOADED with the salt/pepper seasoning, and although seemingly negligible, there was cheese stuck to a small part of both patties and one of the buns. I'm lactose intolerant, and although it's a very small amount, I still had to remove it from my burger. The rest is my fault, as I thought I'd try to eat it anyway, but I got immediate stomach cramps. I'm not sure if there was more cheese melted onto the patty that looked like it could be mustard, or if it is just the salt and pepper. The lavender was flavorful without being overwhelming. The Breakfast Burrito was so good, a perfect medley of flavor, and the side sauces are good accompaniments, especially the garlic-jalapeño if you want a bit of a kick. The burrito was on the smaller side, but was still filling. As of right now the DoorDash menu wasn't specific, but the mozzarella on the burrito IS plant-based. According to their actual menu it's made from cashews, potatoes, nutritional yeast, almond milk, tapioca flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Oh!
