Overall
Ingredients, portions, and aesthetic were out of this world (barring some of the salmon), the service was reasonably speedy and the outcome was (for the most part) really favorable with remarkable quality assurance to the final product. My only criticism would be to pay extra attention to protein preparation (i.e. cutting/filleting fish) so as to not include undesirable portions in the final product."
